Introductions

 I've been so determined to lose weight this year because I've planned my first holiday on my own in July. 

I tried the normal healthy eating and exercise as well as using the MyFitnessPal app to control my calories but I had no motivation to carry on. I did lose a bit of weight, around half a stone within January and February but I think it was just Christmas weight. I put around a stone on from about November so losing half of this made me feel like i didn't need to lose anymore. That was until i saw pictures of me from April-May last year (before i got with my boyfriend) I was definitely at my smallest at about 10st. Seeing them pictures killed me, knowing how much weight i put on in just a few months made me feel sick!

I started SW on 11.04.2016 and my first weigh in came back as 12st !!! I was gobsmacked, over two stone in 9 month!

But thats why i wanted to start SW, my friend had joined only 2 weeks before me and she had lost over half a stone, i knew that doing it on my own didn't work so I knew SW would be the right choice. The plan just seemed so easy, eating as much as i wanted and half of it was free!? I couldn't believe I would actually lose weight but i did :) At my first weigh in i was so scared, i didn't feel as though i had lose anything or changed the way i was eating, i was having spag bol, curry and quiche, all of which i would have had regardless of SW. But to my amazement i had lost 5 pound!!! I was over the moon, 5 pound in one week, i knew i couldn't stop and i was determined to reach my target weight (10st)
